• Inspection of visible water and sanitary drain pipe systems to determine they are in good working order. 
• Inspection of all faucets and fixtures for leaks, as well as washing machine hoses
• Inspection of garbage disposal and ice maker lines
• Inspection of toilets for leaks and interior functioning parts
• Inspection of critical systems (sump pumps, ejector pumps) to ensure they are cycling and/or draining properly
• Inspection of domestic hot water systems to extend the life of the water source
• Inspection of emergency main water shut off valve, isolation valves, and visible piping
• Pressure water pressure test on main water supply from home

Who is eligible for this coverage? Any owner of a residential property with an address within our service area that is registered with the United States Postal Service (“Home”). If you own a multifamily home or multiple housing units, you must provide the specific site address and unit number/floor for each Service Plan you purchase. 

Who is not eligible for this coverage? Owners of mobile homes, commercial properties nor Corporations.             

Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling 860.748.7910. If you cancel within 3 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 3 days will result in a pro-rated refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Renewal: The plan is annual or monthly and non-transferrable. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually or monthly at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms. Our plan will take effect 48-hours after signing up. Cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions.
